Αντ' αυτού η προσπάθεια, η θέληση, ο αγώνας, η επιμονή, η σκληρή δουλειά, είναι αυτά που έχουν σημασία και τα βρήκαμε όλα στην Ανθή. Μιλήσαμε μαζί της, πρόκειται για μια πανέξυπνη γυναίκα που έχει 'έναν πολύ δικό της χαρακτήρα. Τι ξεχωρίζει την Ανθή. Κάτι που στην χώρα μας δεν είναι τόσο γνωστό στον γυναικείο πληθυσμό.
