ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΑ Richard Saunders once saw an ornamental shrub and was struck by how its shape resembled his beloved pet cat while asleep. Now the images he creates replacing real-life bushes with his pet's feline form have reached millions of people around the globe. Imagine walking through a beautiful English country garden, turning a corner and seeing a gigantic, perfectly-manicured cat sculpted from lush green bushes lazing next to a lake. Taken from the mind of a "surrealist" artist from Stapleford, Hertfordshire - and rendered into high-quality fantastical images - the topiary cat has been taking social media by storm. Mr Saunders said he always breaks the news to people who think they are real, adding that he would "rather be known for my art than my deception".  «Μηδενικός σεβασμός στα Γλυπτά» Επίδειξη μόδας στο Βρετανικό Μουσείο "Zero Respect for Sculptures" Fashion Show at the British Museum Το Βρετανικό μαφιόζικο μουσείο ξεφτίλισε για ακόμη μια φορά τα κλεμμένα γλυπτά του Παρθενώνα. Έκανε ντεκόρ τα γλυπτά για επίδειξη μόδας.  Μετέτρεψαν τα αρχαία Ελληνικά γλυπτά έργα τέχνης σε ντεκόρ για τα "κουρέλια μόδας"  Η επιλογή του χώρου για την επίδειξη μόδας του σχεδιαστή Εrdem Μoralıoğlu, στα πλαίσια του «London Fashion Week», προκάλεσε εντύπωση, την στιγμή μάλιστα που έχει ενταθεί η δημόσια συζήτηση γύρω από τα κλεμμένα Γλυπτά του Παρθενώνα και την προσπάθεια της Ελλάδας να διεκδικήσει τον επαναπατρισμό τους.  Το Βρετανικό Μουσείο έχει ισχυρισθεί επανειλημμένως ότι διαφυλάσσει και προστατεύει τα Ελγίνεια Μάρμαρα από την κακή φύλαξη ή συντήρησή τους, που ενδεχομένως θα είχαν στην Ελλάδα― παρόμοιες όμως εκδηλώσεις αποδεικνύουν το αντίθετο.
